Jim Reese is Assistant Professor of English and Director of the Great Plains Writers’ Tour at Mount Marty College in Yankton, South Dakota, and the Editor-in-Chief of Paddlefish. Reese’s poetry and prose have appeared in numerous journals and anthologies including New York Quarterly, Prairie Schooner, and South Dakota Review. His most recent collection of poetry is These Trespasses (Backwaters Press, 2005, 2006). Poems from These Trespasses were nominated for the 2005 Pushcart Prize.
