Lola Haskins has published eight books of poetry and appeared in more than 100 magazines. Her awards include the Iowa Poetry Prize and two NEA fellowships. Along the way, she has judged many contests, both for single poems and for book-length collections. Now retired from lecturing in Computer Science at the University of Florida, she teaches in the MFA Program at Pacific Lutheran University.
